Second and third day at WJMC

The second day went really slow and was hard to adjust to the time difference between Montana and here in DC. Being random and showing everyone who I am is really easy to do and has helped me make friends, even if I do not stay with one group of people for a really long time lol... At HOBY last year i got accused of "wandering off" and escaping my group. My counsler was always giving me the evil eye and it was making my day just to be a pain in his ass, I enjoy being random and attempting to rebel makes my day.
The third day was fun and very interesting. I had the chance to tour the Holocaust museum, or at least the free part due to the next available tour ticket being at 3 pm when we had to be at our meeting site by 3:45. I was able to buy my teacher gifts and have fun with friends and just being out of my home and the ordinary place that i normally inhabit...

The first full day of WJMC

Today we went to the Newseum. My friend Vicky and I explored the museum from top to bottom about four times, we were having moments of total bordom and randomness. We learned about early journalism and how to some extremes people will go to get their story out there for the world to see. I saw how people use words and pictures to portray the stories and the "happenings" of today. We participated in a fun interactive game where we got to pretend to be a news caster and we chose the location of the story and reported live. It was a fun day and we made sure it was exciting by causing rauccus, sangs random songs, and yet agian got into a little bit of trouble...
